Atwo-part, very low-viscosity, 100% solids, surface-tolerant clear epoxy sealer designed to deeply  penetrate, strengthen and seal concrete surfaces. A secondary application is the wetting out and sealing of pitted rusty steel surfaces that cannot be adequately prepared.
