A two-part, very low-viscosity, 100% solids winter-grade epoxy primer suitable for application in colder climates (15°C and below). Civilox CC55 is designed to deeply penetrate, strengthen, and seal concrete surfaces, and will hard dry in 6 to 10 hours under these lower-temperature conditions. It can also be used at room temperature for smaller applications where a fast return to service is required.
