Applications of Civilox-Si25

  • The substrate temperature during application should be between 10°C and 38°C. Temperatures below 10°C will take significantly longer to gel and cure.
  • Apply Civilox-Si25 to the concrete surface using a low-pressure sprayer or pour it directly onto the concrete and spread it evenly with a broom or squeegee.
  • With soft bristle brooms or brushes, work the Civilox-Si25, keeping the concrete wet for 30 minutes.
  • Once the entire floor is complete, remove any excess Civilox-Si25.
  • Excess Civilox-Si25 allowed to dry on the concrete surface will form a white residue that can only be removed by grinding and sanding.
