PURL-SJ40 POLYURETHANE SLAB LIFTING FOAM

The PURL range is made in Australia under ISO9001. It contains no Ozone depleting potential and is well below the “Greenstar” VOC threshold.

Typical Uses/Applications

  • Lifting concrete slabs and buildings
  • Anywhere higher density, higher strength foam is specified

Slab lifting foam is a trusted choice for repairing sunken or uneven concrete without demolition. Quick to apply and built for strength, it helps you stabilise structures with less disruption. At Liquimix, we supply Australian-made PURL-SJ40 polyurethane slab lifting foam for heavy-duty use across civil, commercial and industrial projects.

Key Features

  • Heavy, dense foam perfect for ground stabilisation
  • Is pour-applied (not sprayed)
  • Weathering integrity – When installed, PURL-SJ40 creates a one-piece, seamless, self-flashing, closed-cell foam which inhibits the passage of water
  • Improved productivity and economy – By using high productivity plural proportioning equipment, PURL-SJ40 may be rapidly poured into large voids.
  • Durability – leading to long term performance and reducing the need for replacement, therefore saving energy
  • Environmentally friendly – this product contains no CFCs

FAQS

Can I use slab lifting with foam on wet surfaces?
Slab lifting foam should be applied to dry, clean surfaces for best results. Moisture can affect the foam’s ability to bond and may interfere with the reaction and expansion rate. Always prepare the site carefully and check conditions before applying foam to ensure consistent performance.
Is polyurethane slab jacking suitable for residential jobs?
Yes, polyurethane slab jacking works well for both small residential repairs and large industrial projects. It is ideal for house foundations, garage slabs, patios and paths. Its low-mess, quick-application format makes it popular for busy residential sites with limited downtime.
How long does concrete slab lifting foam last?
Concrete slab lifting foam provides long-lasting support under the slab once it has cured. The closed-cell structure resists water, shifting soil, and chemical exposure. When applied correctly, this foam can remain effective for decades with minimal maintenance or repair work needed over time.
What is slab lifting foam used for?
Slab lifting foam restores sunken concrete in driveways, footpaths, factory floors, roads, and more. It fills underground voids and pushes the slab back into position without needing to demolish or replace it. The process is fast, clean, and cost-effective compared to traditional replacement methods.
