PURL SP-32 reacts to form a rigid, closed-cell, polyurethane foam with 32 kg per cubic meter free rise density. With a fast gel-time, it can only be processed using specialised plural component equipment. PURL SP32 is inert and contains no ozone-depleting chemicals.
With its outstanding insulating and structural properties, PURL SP32 is spray-applied for insulating homes, roofs, factories, chicken sheds and making artificial rocks. It can also be spray applied into voids such as those found in trees (arborists), boat hulls, moulds (to make iceboxes and refrigerator cabinets) and literally hundreds of other applications.
